His domain expertise include Internal Audit services, RERA registrations & compliances, GST audits, Debt Syndication, etc.
He has also represented clients before various authorities to handle GST litigation matters.

Prashant is a qualified Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in advising clients in areas of financial reporting, GST, Service Tax, VAT/CST and other Indirect Tax matters.
He advises clients on the comprehensive GST regime and handles litigation matters up to various level of adjudication for GST /VAT matter. He has also been extensively involved in conducting tax compliance reviews and GST audits.
He also offers consulting CFO services to various clients.

Vishal is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit & Assurance, and Corporate Advisory.
He also advises clients on compliance with Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing, the Companies Act, the Foreign Exchange Management Act, the SEBI Act, and other statutes.
Post qualification he has worked with Bansi Mehta & Co handling Statutory Audit of Listed Companies and Public Sector Enterprises.

Pratish is a qualified Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in the area of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax & Accounting Services.
He has assisted clients across various industries by providing income tax compliance and advisory, bookkeeping services, and other business solutions.
He has also worked on due diligence assignments for various clients.

Dhanya is a qualified Chartered Accountant having extensive experience in the areas of GST, Direct Tax & Audits.
Following his qualification, he joined Abrao Group, a renowned Shipping company, where he managed the finance & taxation function for their group entities.
Additionally, he has expertise in VAT and other regulatory & statutory compliances for companies situated in FZE, Dubai.
